I made a mistake when placing my order, what should I do?
If you made a mistake when placing your order, don't worry. Just send us an email at contact@InkyGo.com on the same day. We'll rectify the issue and refund your money immediately. After the first day, refunds are not possible, and you will need to return the order for a refund.
What are the shipping times for your products?

My order is missing some items, what happens?
Our products are shipped separately based on your order. If your order contains items from different warehouses, there will be multiple deliveries. The remaining items should arrive shortly.
I've received a damaged item. What can I do about it?
We're sorry to hear that. Please send us a picture of the damaged item to contact@InkyGo.com and we'll send you a replacement as quickly as possible.
